ADD MY COMPANY TO MY EFILING 

1. After you log in to e-filing, once you’re on the landing page, click on the 3 (three) dots on top next to the word Individual. 

2. Click on portfolio management

3. Click on the 3 dots next to Go to Portfolio and then click on change portfolio type.

4. Click on Organisation from the options and then save. You can now click Go to Portfolio.

 

An organization portfolio allows you to add multiple taxpayers such as companies, and other individuals under this one efiling login portfolio.

5. You are now back to the homes screen, now that your portfolio type is changed. You can click on organisations

6. The Menu options on the left will change, click on Organisation

7. A drop down menu will appear, click Register New, the on the main page, click the drop down list for  “ select Entity type”

8. Select company, if you would like to add a company to the portfolio

9. Capture all the details as requested. Then add Tax Payer

10. Click system Default and the Continue Button

11. Now that the company is added. In order to get access to its taxes to perform changes and file any terns. Click manage tax types

12. Select activate the tax types registered for the company. Then click submit.

13. Tax Note, if the “Activate” is showing “Unavailable”. This means that there is no registered representative for the company.

 

To activate a representative – Go to this page

14. If the if the “Activate” is showing “Request Tax Type” . this means you are not the legal Registered Representative, and you want the registered representative to give you authority to access the company details or tax types.

 

Once request submitted. The legal registered representative must authorise your request for the tax types to be transferred to you.
